I really like this author’s views on Marketing Automation.
When you think about it, just because you know how to drive a nail with a hammer, doesn’t mean you know how to build a house.
Just because someone “knows” how to use Marketing Automation, doesn’t mean they know how to build a comprehensive program to acquire prospects and drive them through the buyers journey to become a paying customer.
